Founder-led by design
Mohammad entered the creator economy in 2019 as a business-development advisor and learned the trade beside the decision-maker: years working hand in hand with the CEO of DMS Group, a 360° talent and marketing agency, across talent management, brand deals, activations and international projects in the Levant and the GCC. The belief underneath Bear.Co is simple: advice should be able to explain itself, and every introduction should have a reason. He remains directly accountable for every engagement.
